Cancellation Policy

In the event your child cannot make it to a program, you are eligible for a refund up to 48 hours before the start or first class of the program.

We will provide a credit of the full registration cost to a future program at Launch Pad up to three business before their first program session. (Please note this only applies to our after-school programming and daytime programming)

Muk Luk Sewing

February 14 - March 27, 5PM - 7PM 6 spots

In partnership with M'Wikwedong, Launch Pad is holding a 6 week Muk Luk Sewing program for youth. Participants will learn how to hand sew their own pair of Muk Luks that they can wear.

Starting Tuesday, January 30th, and running every Tuesday until April 2nd.

Alicia Gibbons is a Mindset and Emotional Intelligence Educator specializing in workshops and programs for youth and teens. She also provides corporate services for adult mindfulness.

Youth in this program have enjoyed the marvelous experience of discovering confidence, empowerment and friendships. Youth gain tools for self-regulation, courage, self-reflection, and emotional intelligence.
There are also snacks, meditation sessions, arts and crafts, group work and a party at the end to celebrate the completion of this great journey.

Learn to make your own pasta with this engaging culinary class. You will love the process of making your own dough and sauce.

Make your own Sausage Gumbo & Jalapeno Corn Bread (Jalapenos are optional). This hearty meal is sure to be a hit.

MARCH BREAK - Barn Quilt Painting

March 11 - 13, 12PM - 2PM 6 spots

Learn to paint your own Barn Quilt Bird! This is a two hour class that will take three days to complete your project.

You have the option of painting a Cardinal or Blue Jay on a 1 foot by 1 foot board. Finished artwork can be displayed outside or inside.

Have fun taping up your sections and painting your layered, colour pattern.

3 day session  -  Monday March 11th, Tuesday March 12 and Wednesday March 13th

REGISTRATION CLOSES MARCH 1st to be able to prepare the kits.
