Back in 2021, Launch Pad wanted to provide an opportunity for youth to come together and develop the skills necessary to create a business while also creating more job opportunities for local youth. With this in mind, Neptune Scoops was born! A youth-led ice cream business that not only fills all these needs, but also supports Launch Pad and its key principles.
